    🪞 Keepsake meeting (with albums or prints) – If you opted to create a keepsake, an in‑person meeting is scheduled. Swatches and samples are provided to explore materials, and a custom quote is shared a few days later.

    📸 The portrait session – On the day, the photographer arrives early to set up and greet you. The shoot unfolds naturally, with gentle guidance or a relaxed approach depending on preference.

    🖼️ Image selection – Portraits can be chosen immediately after the session or later through a secure online gallery.

    📚 Album design (if selected) – For album orders, a designed layout is shared online for approval before printing. Payment for the keepsake is required before album design begins.

    📩 Final delivery – Edited portraits are delivered within the agreed timeframe via secure download. Physical keepsakes are hand‑delivered or shipped to your address with care.
