💻 Discovery Call – A free Microsoft Teams call is arranged before every shoot. Its purpose is to understand the story behind your portraits, answer questions, and help you feel comfortable while getting to know the photographer. During this call, a date for the shoot is usually agreed and pricing is discussed.

🪞 Keepsake Meeting (for albums or prints) – If you’ve chosen a keepsake, a second in‑person meeting is scheduled. Swatches and samples are brought along so you can explore materials. A custom quote is provided a few days later. The shoot date may be confirmed during this meeting or during the earlier Discovery Call.

📸 The portrait session – On the day, the photographer arrives early to set up and greet you. The shoot unfolds naturally, with gentle guidance or a relaxed approach depending on your preference.

🖼️ Choosing your favourites – Portraits can be selected right after the session or later through a secure online gallery.

📚 Album design (if selected) – For album orders, a beautifully designed layout is shared online for approval before printing.

📩 Final delivery – Edited portraits are delivered within the agreed timeframe via secure download, ready in both high‑resolution and web‑optimized formats. Physical keepsakes are hand‑delivered or shipped to your address with care.

If you wish to create a keepsake, a custom quote will be drawn up for that.
