  • Souls & Stills focuses on portrait photography. Offerings include professional portraits, personal portraits, couple portraits, and family portraits. Each session is designed to capture individuality, connection, and story rather than event coverage.

  • Booking is simple: sessions can be reserved directly through the booking page. For custom requests or questions, the contact form is available, and responses are provided within 24 hours.

  • Offerings vary based whether you require Professional, Personal, Couple or Family portrait session. A summary of our offerings can be viewed within the Overview page. For detailed information on each offering visit the dedicated page for Professional, Personal, Couple & Family pages.

  • The session fee is paid at the time of booking. If a keepsake is selected, a separate payment link is shared once materials and design details are confirmed. Payment for the keepsake is required before design and production begin.

  • Yes. All sessions are conducted on‑location, whether at home, outdoors, or in another meaningful space. Travel within London is included; requests outside London can be discussed and quoted individually.

  • Delivery times depend on the package:

    • 5 images → within 4 days

    • 12 images → within 8 days
      Keepsakes such as albums or prints follow a separate timeline, with design approval before production.

  • Absolutely. Clients select their favourite portraits either immediately after the shoot or later through a secure online gallery. For albums, a designed layout is shared online for approval before printing.

  • Sessions can be rescheduled with advance notice either via the online booking section or email. Cancellations are handled on a case‑by‑case basis, with the aim of being fair and flexible while respecting the time reserved for each client.

  • All images are professionally edited and retouched to enhance their natural beauty. During the shoot, considerable time is spent perfecting each shot, which means post‑editing is usually minimal. The goal is always to achieve a timeless and natural look, avoiding over‑editing. Editors are instructed to correct temporary imperfections (e.g., stray hairs, temporary pimples) while preserving permanent features (e.g., birth marks, dimples, etc.).

    If you are conscious of anything in particular, you are welcome to let us know before or during the shoot, and those matters will be addressed either during the session itself or in the retouching phase.
